児玉桃のECM3作目となるリリース。2006年12月に水戸芸術館のコンサートホール ATMで行われ好評を博した、小澤征爾と水戸室内管弦楽団との公演をパッケージ化。モーツァルトの「ピアノ協奏曲第23番」と、同曲へのオマージュとして2006年に作曲され、この公演が日本初演となった細川俊夫の「月夜の蓮 -モーツァルトへのオマージュ-」を収録しています
