ゲオルク・ムファットのミサ曲「労働のさなかに休息を」は同名曲の旋律を全章の多声展開の軸に使う古いパロディ・ミサの手法をとりながら、声楽・器楽からなる24ものパートを四つの楽隊に分け、響きを対置させてゆく複合唱形式の大作。ダミアン・ギヨンらが確かな一体感でまとめあげ、ヴェルサイユ宮殿の歴史ある礼拝堂で収録されました
