Disc 1にはデビュー曲 「VIRGIN EMOTION」 から2017年リリースのシングル 「Knock beautiful smile」 までのMUSIC CLIPを収録。Disc 2には1993年から1994年にかけてリリースされたCLIP集 『LOOKING 4 REFLEXIONS』 のシリーズ4部作を収録。Disc 3には初商品化となる、デビュー前日の1992年11月25日に原宿ルイードで行われたaccessの初ライブのドキュメンタリー映像と、翌年1993年に行われた初の全国ツアー“FAST ACCESS TOUR ‘93”の中野サンプラザのライブ映像が収録。
