デネシュ・コヴァーチは1930年生まれのハンガリーのヴァイオリニスト。ブダペストのリスト音楽院でフバイの弟子エデ・ザトゥレツキーに学び、1955年にカール・フレッシュ国際ヴァイオリン・コンクール優勝。レパートリーはバロックから同時代までの協奏曲、室内楽、ソロと幅広く、ベートーヴェンやバルトークを得意としました。1957年よりリスト音楽院で教鞭をとり5年後に教授となり、1968年には音楽院の学長となりましたhttps://tower.jp/article/feature_item/2020/07/21/1113 TOWER RECORDS ONLINE - 主要記事
