2017年、ラトルのロンドン交響楽団音楽監督就任を祝う演奏会が10日間に渡り行われました。これは9月14日、その一連の演奏会の初日のライヴ。バートウィッスルの“ヴァイオリン協奏曲”では初演も務めたクリスティアン・テツラフを迎えて演奏。さらにエルガーの“エニグマ変奏曲”、ナッセンの“交響曲第3番”などラトル得意の英国の作曲家作品を中心に組まれたプログラム。ブルーレイとDVDがセットになっています
